This second generation of Torium HG reels is the flagship of the star drag multiplier range. The high speed gear of 6.2:1 allows efficient use of the latest fishing techniques in both tropical and cold water oceans, for species as fast as tuna or as powerful as conger eels. The S compact body design makes the overall reel look smaller whilst still retaining the spool capacity required for versatile fishing. The use of cross carbon drag washers delivers up to 11kg of drag power that is both smooth and consistent across all settings.
